Introspec Energy Group Inc. was founded in Calgary, Alberta, Canada as a private company and has a registered corporate permit to practice Engineering.

R.P.(Pete) Singbeil, Bsc., P.Eng.

Pete is a graduate of the University of Alberta with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering(Coop) and also holds a diploma of technology in Civil Engineering from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology. Pete started his career at Imperial Oil as an Operations/Reservoir Engineer and has held positions at Rigel, Star, Petrobank, and most recently as an officer of Sound Energy Trust(Navigo) with the role of VP Production until it sold in 2007. Pete is equally a technical and business strategist with strong network for value generation as a core skill set. His current role is the Principal(Owner) of Introspec and is active in the day to day operation of the company. 

Don Waters, Bsc., P.Eng.

Don first graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors degree in Mathematics & Earth Sciences(minor). He then served as an officer in the Canadian Forces. Upon returning to studies, he also graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelors degree in Petroleum Engineering. Don started his oilpatch career at Gulf Canada Resources as an Reservoir/Exploitation Engineer and has held positions at ConocoPhillips, PrimeWest, Voyager, Arsenal, West, and most recently Penn West Exploration working on the Slave Point/Beaverhill Lake resource plays. His diverse background brings and a core skillset of Petroleum Engineering that has detailed experience in development planning, execution, and acquisitions within numerous plays in western Canada to generate value.

Jean Hidalgo Bériault, B.Sc., P. Eng.

Jean Bériault is the primary consultant for Well Test Analysis and Engineering Services. She is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering. Most of her professional career has been spent gaining valuable experience in the areas of well test analysis/engineering, determination of well performance, optimization and reservoir studies. Her career started at Tri-Ener-Tech Petroleum Services and then joined Rapid(Laird, Anderson and Associates). Jean’s experience with Paramount Resources Ltd. was valuable in experiencing both the service sector and the resource sector.

Andrea Nawolsky, C.E.T.

Andrea is a graduate of the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology with a degree in Petroleum Engineering Technology. Most of her professional career has been spent gaining valuable experience on the service side of the industry supporting Engineering and Marketing groups preparing technical drilling or fracturing programs. Her career initially started at Hunt Oil Company and then Baker Hughes writing drill bit programs for Hughes Christensen's Engineering and Marketing team. Andrea consequently went to BJ Services and Century Frac Services writing technical fracturing programs for the Engineering and Sales teams. Since then Andrea has worked on the Well and  Completions Frac Database project since inception.

Catherine Allen, Bsc., EIT

Catherine is a graduate of the University of Calgary with a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering.  Catherine worked previously with Canadian Discovery on the Well and  Completions Frac Database as a Completion Analyst.  Consequently, she has reviewed and studied hundreds of detailed completion reports within the multi stage horizontal hydraulically fracture stimulated well dataset across Western Canada and is a key contributor to the project. Catherine supports the growing business of Introspec as an Exploitation Engineer.
